In the heart of one of Los Angeles' most historic Mexican-American communities, Panaderia Morelos carries on a tradition that begins each morning before the first light. The ovens fire up at 4:30 AM, filling the block with the aroma of fresh bolillo rolls, colorful conchas, and tres leches cake that has made this neighborhood bakery a beloved gathering place for generations.
From Our Ovens
Crispy on the outside, pillow-soft within. The perfect companion to a warm breakfast or afternoon torta. Baked fresh throughout the morning.
A vibrant variety of Mexican sweet breads including conchas with their signature sugar-topped shells in pink, yellow, and chocolate.
Our signature celebration cake, soaked in three milks and topped with fresh cream. A centerpiece for birthdays, weddings, and Sunday dinner.
