What We Handle

Where we fight for you

Car Accidents

Rear-end collisions, intersection crashes, and hit-and-runs. We deal with the adjusters so you don't have to.

Truck & Commercial Vehicle

Collisions involving semis, delivery vans, and rideshare vehicles bring in extra layers of insurance — we know how to work them.

Motorcycle Accidents

Riders face bias from insurers before the claim even opens. We push back with the evidence and the medicine.

Slip & Fall / Premises

Property owners owe you a safe space. When they cut corners and you get hurt, we hold them to that duty.

Workplace Injuries

When workers' comp isn't enough, or a third party is at fault, there may be a separate path to real compensation.

Wrongful Death

No verdict brings someone back. We handle these cases with the care they deserve, and pursue every avenue of accountability.

Meet Your Attorney

Marcus T. Hargrove, Esq.

Founding Partner

Marcus founded the firm after six years representing injured clients at a larger Denver litigation practice, where he saw too many people accept the insurance company's first offer simply because no one explained their options.

Today he leads a small team that takes on a deliberately limited caseload, so every client gets direct access to their attorney — not a rotating cast of paralegals.

  • Colorado State Bar, admitted 2011
  • Admitted, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado
  • Member, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association
"You don't hire a law firm. You hire the person who answers when you call. That's the job."

The Process

What to expect

1

Free Case Review

Tell us what happened. We'll tell you honestly whether you have a case worth pursuing.

2

We Investigate

Medical records, accident reports, witness statements — we build the file the insurance company can't ignore.

3

We Negotiate

Most cases settle. We push for a number that actually reflects what you've been through.

4

We Win

In or out of court. If the offer isn't fair, we're prepared to take it in front of a jury.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does it cost to hire a personal injury attorney?

Nothing up front. We work on contingency, which means our fee comes out of the settlement or verdict — and only if we win. If we don't recover for you, you owe us nothing for our time.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the severity of your injuries and whether the insurer negotiates in good faith. Straightforward cases can resolve in a few months; cases that require litigation can take a year or more. We'll walk you through the realistic timeline at your consultation.

What should I do after an accident?

Get medical attention first, even if you feel fine — some injuries take days to show symptoms. Document the scene if you're able, get the other driver's information, and avoid giving a recorded statement to any insurance company before speaking with us.

Do I have to go to court?

Most cases settle before trial. We prepare every case as if it's going in front of a jury, which is exactly what gives us leverage to negotiate a fair settlement without one.

What if the insurance company already made an offer?

Don't sign anything yet. Early offers are almost always lower than what a case is actually worth. Bring it to your free consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's fair.
